The company also is involved in a variety of real estate partnerships providing custom development opportunities, land purchase & income producing assets.

We want to glorify Him by serving our clients with Integrity, and Value with the talents that God has blessed us with. We want to be kingdom minded in our thinking and our doing.

Meet the owner

The president, Lee Rickey was born and raised in Northern Kentucky. He is a graduate from Northern Kentucky University with Associates degree in Construction Technology, and a Bachelors degree in Construction Management. He worked as a co-op while in college, until he graduated and became a full time employee as a construction manager with a large commercial company. Here he worked & managed projects in the field ranging up to $3 million . After his experience in the commercial construction industry, he joined a local residential development company in which he operated the residential building division as a construction manager. In 2003, Lee started and founded his own company Potter House Builders, Inc. which is now Potter House Group, Inc serving the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati area offering construction management in a wide variety of expertise. Lee now resides with his wife and four children in Northern Kentucky.
